What’s Involved in a Patient Story?

PatientWing will reach out to you about participating in a patient story or you can express interest online by clicking “Share My Story” below.

If interested, you will select a 1-hour time slot for your interview.

We will share sample questions you can review ahead of time along with a consent form.

Sign the consent form. If you have questions or don’t want to sign the form ahead of time, you can wait till after the interview.

Meet with PatientWing for the 1-hour interview and share your story!

After the interview, receive a $100 gift card via email, share images, and sign the consent form if you did not sign it in advance.

Review your story and share any tweaks before we publish. We want to make sure you feel good about what we wrote!

·     Your information is only used for the purpose of patient stories. It will not be used to promote anything else, and your privacy is important to us.

Will I be paid/compensated?

Yes, you will receive a $100 gift card for sharing your story.

How long does the process take?

The interview takes about an hour. During the 1-hour session, you will learn about PatientWing, share your story, and discuss any questions you have.

Can I read it before you publish it?

Of course! Once the story is written, we share it with the interviewee to review any factual errors and provide feedback.
